Oxygen selective membrane based on δ-Bi 2 O 3 /Ag cermet has maximum potential in separating oxygen from air. However, the achieved flow is inferior to high-temperature membrane. The paper proposes a new approach creating smart with layer nanocomposite complex architecture, operating at intermediate temperatures (T op ~550-600 °C). At stage of obtaining nanopowders components, and features mechanochemical ceramic method are taken into account. Mild conditions consolidation by hot pressing provided composition AgCu-matrix alloy. Achieving gas-tight reaching T ensured dilatation some components during oxidation copper alloys. choice for possibility regeneration while maintaining nanoscale microstructure. New solutions allow creation stable thin membranes reduced cost, including due silver contentnear percolation threshold.
